Johnny Gould

Johnny has had a lack of form as late, but due to injury of more talented players he has found himself back on the 1st XV.


Rockcliff ensured their survival in Durham and Northumberland Division 2 with this win over fellow strugglers Guisborough. The visitors got off to a good start, scoring an unconverted try in the first five minutes when their backs put together a good move which caught the home defence napping and their winger cut in to score in the left hand corner.

Rockcliff edged out Barnard Castle in a tight game at Hillheads last saturday. It was thirty two minutes before either side scored.

Rockcliff won their first game since November in this comprehensive defeat of Durham and Northumberland Division 2 basement team Yarm.
